Sustainability Disclosure

Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainabilityrelated disclosures in the financial services sector

Under the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainabilityrelated disclosures in the financial services sector (the “SFDR”), Hellenic Life Insurance Company Limited (“Hellenic Life”) is required to comply with certain sustainability disclosure requirements.

Hellenic Life is considered as a financial market participant under the SFDR, as it makes available insurance-based investment products, which constitute financial products under the SFDR.

Please click on the below documents to navigate through Hellenic Bank’s sustainability disclosures under Articles 3(1), 4(1), 5(1) and 6(1) of the SFDR.

No consideration of adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors

Hellenic Life does not consider any adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors, as there is not yet a sufficient database available, for the Company to make comprehensive decisions on the matter.

At a later stage, as the regulatory requirements in this area evolve and more data becomes available with respect to sustainability factors, the Company will review and evaluate the necessary policies that it can implement to identify and prioritize the principal adverse impacts on sustainability factors.
