Following the share purchase agreement between Hellenic Bank and MetLife. where HB purchased MetLife’s shareholding of 27.5% in the company, Hellenic Alico Life, has changed its name to Hellenic Life Insurance Company Ltd. Hellenic Life is now 100% subsidiary of Hellenic Bank.
